Accessing outdoor learning through the Scandinavian pedagogy forms an important part of our culture at school. 'Udeskole' translates to 'Outdoor School'. One day each week, a class has access to the forest, farm and play skills throughout the year. Experiences in our 'Udeskole' days are linked to classroom learning and tailored to each cohorts' needs, enabling the pupils to transfer skills and give them vital outdoor experiences. 

Our mission in school is to "connect with nature" through developing an understanding of farming using sustainable and biodiverse practices, exploring the forest and using skills outside the classroom, as well as continuing to develop vital social skills through play.
